Internship at Way to Play

Way to Play is seeking a proactive and creative intern with a passion for sport and media to join on a flexible three to six-month placement. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the next phase of Way to Play’s growth — working directly with leading organisations in world sport, and gaining hands-on experience across strategy, content, thought leadership and business development.

About you

  • Naturally curious and strategy-minded

  • Strong work ethic and proactive, “can-do” attitude

  • Hold yourself to high standards of accountability, communication, and delivery

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Keen to challenge the status quo and use smart tools to improve processes and creativity

  • Take an active interest in the fast moving tech landscape, embracing AI tools and their potential application to enhance business outcomes

Your responsibilities

  • Support new business development: identifying opportunities and managing outreach pipelines

  • Assist with Way to Play’s LinkedIn presence — posting, community engagement, and analytics

  • Create and publish written and visual content across social and web platforms, along with building out Way to Play’s unique ‘True Value of Sport’ thought leadership proposition

  • Contribute ideas and research for client strategies and presentations

  • Support planning, reporting, and insight generation on live projects

Working terms
