Overview:
The Digital Content Producer helps manage and update content for the BNP Paribas Open website, mobile app, and email marketing. This role focuses on posting stories, articles, player information, photos, and ticketing content using digital tools and content management systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Post and update stories, articles, features, and general web content*
Update player bios, schedules, draws, ticket pages, and event information*
Upload and format content in the CMS for the website and mobile app.*
Assist with mobile app updates and notifications*
Build and send email campaigns in Mailchimp*
Edit and prepare photos and graphics using Photoshop*
Check links, pages, and modules to ensure they work correctly*
Support digital team with general content tasks during the tournament.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and understanding of basic online publishing tools and social media platforms.
Education/Experience:
Associate Degree in communications, marketing, digital media, sports management or related field; and experience managing digital content.

Experience managing digital content and publishing platforms. (Content management systems (CMS))
Basic HTML knowledge for formatting content.
Ability to edit images in Photoshop.
Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Time management skills
